Abstract:
An array substrate, an electroluminescent panel, and a display device, for use in solving the problems in the art of complex manufacturing processes and structures of a large-size OLED display panel. The array substrate comprises: a base substrate (11), a plurality of optical sensing units (14) located on the base substrate (11), a flat layer (13) located on the optical sensing units (14), and a connection electrode layer (15) located on the flat layer (13). Each of the optical sensing units (14) comprises a first electrode (141), a photosensitive layer (142), and a second electrode sequentially located above the base substrate (11); the connection electrode layer (15) is communicated with the second electrode (143) by means of a via hole penetrating through the flat layer (13).
