Abstract:
An array substrate (100), which comprises a display region (110) and non-display regions (120, 130, 140) located on an outer side of the display region (110). The non-display regions (120, 130, 140) comprise: flexible substrates (121, 131, 141), the surfaces of which having a plurality of grooves (1211, 1311, 1411); and peripheral metal wires (123, 133, 143), which are positioned in the grooves (1211, 1311, 1411). In said array substrate (100), the surfaces of the flexible substrates (121, 131, 141) are provided with grooves (1211, 1311, 1411), and the peripheral metal wires (123, 133, 143) are positioned in the grooves (1211, 1311, 1411), causing the thickness at the peripheral metal wires (123, 133, 143) of the flexible substrates (121, 131, 141) to be reduced, and the extrusion on the peripheral metal wires (123, 133, 143) by the flexible substrates (121, 131, 141) is reduced in a bending process; additionally, during bending, the arrangement of the grooves (1211, 1311, 1411) may also effectively release the stress of the flexible substrates (121, 131, 141), thereby effectively preventing the breaking of the peripheral metal wires (123, 133, 143) and improving the reliability of the array substrate (100). Further provided are a display screen and a fabrication method for the array substrate (100).
