Abstract:
An array substrate, comprising: a base substrate (11); an active layer (12) located on the base substrate (11); a first gate insulating layer (13) located on the active layer (12); a first gate electrode (14) located on the first gate insulating layer (13); and a second gate insulating layer (15) located on the first gate electrode (14). The second gate insulating layer (15) comprises a first sub-insulating layer (151) and second sub-insulating layer (152) that are arranged in a direction far from the active layer (12), and the hydrogen content of the first sub-insulating layer (151) is greater than the hydrogen content of the second sub-insulating layer (152). Further provided are a fabrication method for the array substrate, and a display panel comprising the array substrate.
