Abstract:
A fabricating method of an array substrate comprises: forming a pattern comprising a light shading member (2); spreading an organic material solution; solidifying the organic material solution to form a buffer layer (12); forming a pattern of an active layer (13) on the buffer layer (12), wherein a position of the active layer (13) corresponding to a position of the light shading member (2); and forming a gate (15) pattern, where the gate (15) pattern is located on the active layer (13) and is insulated from the active layer (13). Correspondingly, an array substrate and a display device are disclosed.
