Abstract:

An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The manufacturing method for the array substrate comprises: electrically connecting a gate lead (10) to a reference signal line (20) in a gate layer in the process of making the gate layer; and after an active layer is made, cutting off the electrical connection between the gate lead (10) and the reference signal line (20).
