Abstract:

Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises: a base substrate; a first buffer layer, an oxygen barrier pattern and a second buffer layer which are successively arranged on the base substrate; and a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor which are arranged on the second buffer layer. The oxygen barrier pattern comprises a plurality of oxygen barrier portions that are insulated and arranged at intervals. An orthogonal projection, on the base substrate, of a part, located between a source electrode and a drain electrode, in an active layer of the first thin film transistor is within the range of an orthogonal projection, on the base substrate, of one of the plurality of oxygen barrier portions. The content of oxygen in the first buffer layer is higher than the content of oxygen in the second buffer layer.
