Abstract:
The present application provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and an organic light emitting diode display. A metal layer in contact with a cathode, a first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer are provided, and the first conductive layer is electrically connected to the metal layer by means of the second conductive layer, so as to avoid the problem that the display quality of the organic light emitting diode display is affected by the difference in the voltage drop of the cathode resistance in different areas in a large-size display panel.
