Abstract:
An array substrate, and manufacturing method thereof. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1), a gate layer (2), a gate insulating layer (3), a source and drain layer (4), a first passivation layer (5), a color resist layer (6), and a second passivation layer (7), wherein a passivation layer via (9) is provided correspondingly above the source and drain layer, and a gas inside the color resist layer is released from a surface of the color resist layer on the side of the passivation layer via. The present invention enables a gas in the color resist layer to be fully removed before a cell process.
