Abstract:
An array substrate (100) and a method for manufacturing same, and a display device. The array substrate (100) comprises: a base substrate (102), a first conductive layer (L1) located on the base substrate (102), a source (307) comprising a switch element (TFT), and a color filter layer (108') located on the first conductive layer (L1), the color filter layer (108') being adjacent to the source (307) comprising the switch element (TFT) on a direction perpendicular to the base substrate (102). According to the method, the technological process is simplified and the thickness of a display device is decreased.
