Abstract:
Provided is an array substrate comprising multiple terminals (100) and at least comprising a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, an insulating layer being contained between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, wherein multiple first electrode plates (101) and multiple second electrode plates (201) constituting a capacitive structure are respectively formed on the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, one first electrode plate (101) and one second electrode plate (201) that are mutually parallel and opposite to each other form a capacitive structure, one capacitive structure at least corresponds to one terminal (100), the terminals (10) and the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are in the same layer, or the terminals (100) are in a third conductive layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Further provided are a method for manufacturing the array substrate, and a display device By adding the capacitance structures at the terminals, the anti-ESD capability of a product is increased, improving the problem of product damage caused by importing through the terminals (100), thereby protecting the terminals (100) and avoiding electrostatic damage.
