Abstract:
An array substrate (200) and a method for manufacturing same. The array substrate (200) comprises: a substrate (201); a thin film transistor (TFT) located on the substrate (201); a light-emitting device located on the substrate (201) and spaced from the TFT in a direction parallel to a surface of the substrate (201); and a light shielding part (206/206') located between the TFT and the light-emitting device and used for shielding light from the light-emitting device. The light shielding part (206/206') surrounds a light-emitting layer (208).
