Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and a method for preparing same, and a display panel, relating to the technical field of display. Two types of thin film transistors (TFT) are used on an array substrate, so that a display panel has good display performance. The array substrate comprises a base (10), dual-gate type oxide TFTs (2) in subpixels and a display electrode disposed on the base (10), wherein the drain (25) of each dual-gate type oxide TFT (2) is electrically connected to the display electrode, and polysilicon TFTs (1) disposed on the base (10).
