Abstract:
An array substrate (20) and an OLED display panel. The array substrate (20) comprises a display region (AA), a non-display region (BB) surrounding the display region (AA), a COF binding region (21) and a test region (22), wherein the COF binding region (21) and the test region (22) are disposed in the non-display region (BB) at intervals; and the test region (22) comprises multiple test pads (222) disposed at intervals. In this way, since the test pads (222) are disposed on the array substrate (20), without cutting off connection lines between the test pads (222) and the array substrate (20), the problem of external metal leakage that occurs after the connection lines are cut off can be prevented. Furthermore, after testing of the array substrate (20) is completed, insulating materials cover the test pads (222), so that the problem of external metal leakage that occurs on the test pads (222) can be prevented.
