Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an array substrate, the array substrate comprising: a substrate, an active layer, an insulation layer, and a protective layer, the active layer, the insulation layer, and the protective layer all being arranged on one side of the substrate, and the protective layer covering at least part of the surface of the active layer, such that the at least part of the surface of the active layer covered by the protective layer is separated from the insulation layer. Also provided in the present invention are a method for preparing the array substrate and a display apparatus; the array substrate provided in the present invention can protect the active layer from being affected by the insulation layer or external water vapour and hydrogen and oxygen elements, increasing the electrical stability of the array substrate.
