Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate, a preparation method therefor and a display device. The array substrate comprises: a base substrate (100); and a plurality of pixel units (200) located on the base substrate (100), wherein each of the pixel units (200) comprises a plurality of sub-pixels (210). Each of the sub-pixels (210) comprises: an electroluminescent device (211); a pixel circuit (212), comprising a drive transistor (M1) for driving the electroluminescent device (211) to emit light, wherein the drive transistor (M1) is a low-temperature polysilicon transistor; and a luminescence detection circuit (213), comprising a detection switch transistor (M4) and a PIN type photodiode (DP), wherein the detection switch transistor (M4) is a metal oxide transistor.
