Abstract:
An array substrate and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises touch signal lines (TX), common electrodes (CE), and first pixel electrodes (PEA) which are located on a base (BS). Each first pixel electrode (PEA) comprises a first edge (PE1) and a second edge (PE2) which are arranged in a first direction and extend in a second direction. Each touch signal line (TX) extends in the second direction, and the orthographic projection of the touch signal line (TX) on the base (BS) is located between orthographic projections of the first edge (PE1) and the second edge (PE2) on the base (BS). A via hole connection portion (HC) of the touch signal line (TX) is electrically connected to the common electrode (CE) by means of a touch line via hole (VHT). The size of the via hole connection portion (HC) in the first direction is larger than that of the part of the touch signal line (TX) adjacent to the via hole connection portion (HC) in the first direction. Each first pixel electrode (PEA) further comprises a third edge (PE3) extending in the first direction. The orthographic projection of a first recess (PEC1) comprised by the third edge (PE3) on the base (BS) accommodates at least part of the orthographic projection of the via hole connection portion (HC) on the base (BS). Electrodes of the array substrate are strip-shaped. A first strip-shaped electrode (ST1) is adjacent to the touch signal line (TX). The first strip-shaped electrode (ST1) and the touch signal line (TX) respectively have, in a first area, a first strip-shaped electrode bent portion (STB1) and a first touch line bent portion (TB1) which are bent in a same direction. The orthographic projection of the first touch line bent portion (TB1) on the base (BS) and the orthographic projection of the first strip-shaped electrode bent portion (STB1) on the base (BS) are sequentially provided in the first direction, and a bend angle of the first touch line bent portion (TB1) is larger than that of the first strip-shaped electrode bent portion (STB1). A pixel electrode layer of the array substrate comprises an etching blocking portion (ESL) insulated from the pixel electrode layer. The etching blocking portion (ESL) is located in the touch line via hole (VHT). The common electrode (CE) is electrically connected to the touch signal line (TX) by means of the etching blocking portion (ESL). When the array substrate is applied to a liquid crystal display device, the color cast can be avoided and the consistency of pixel capacitance can be improved.
