Abstract:
The invention relates to an array for transporting goods in a transport system that is equipped with an automation apparatus for controlling the transport system, means for detecting the position of the goods in the transport system and means for transmitting the position of the automation apparatus. The position of each good represented by the spatial coordinates is automatically detected and the corresponding coordinates are transmitted wireless to the automation apparatus. The use of sensors and an end limit switch is no longer necessary for detecting the position of the goods.
