Abstract:
Disclosed are artemisinin derivatives, a preparation method therefor, and the uses thereof. The structural formula of the artemisinin derivatives is represented by formula I. The compounds have suitable solubility and are relatively stable under storage conditions. A pharmacokinetic experiment shows that artemisinin can be detected in eye tissue, and is also distributed in the cornea, the conjunctiva and the aqueous humor, thereby reaching a relatively high drug concentration. As an excellent prodrug of artemisinin, the compounds represented by formula I have remarkable absorbability, and the drug concentration in the eye tissue shows that the compounds can be absorbed well. The inhibition effect on neovascularization of a burn injury model is remarkably better than that of artemisinin, thus the compounds can be used for preparing liquid preparations, such as eyedrops and injections, for use in treatment of eye tissue diseases.
