Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an article cold-storage method and an article cold-storage device in which it is possible to dispose a plurality of articles in an article-retaining member, and moreover with which it is possible to maintain the quality of the cold-storage articles at a high fixed level. The means for solving the aforementioned problem is an article cold-storage method including: a step for immersing an article in a coolant liquid that is accommodated in a cold-storage tank, the article being an article to be cold stored that is disposed on an article-retaining shelf; and a step for causing the article-retaining shelf to move together with the article in the coolant liquid and agitating the coolant liquid.
