Abstract:
The invention relates to an apparatus for the movement of articles, such as empty bottles, from a first position to a second position. In one example the apparatus is provided as part of apparatus which is used as part of a bottle filling apparatus and in order to move the bottles towards a filling location in an orderly and predictable manner. Pusher members (16) are provided on movement means in the form of one or more belts and the pusher members (16) contact with at least one of the articles in a row of articles to move the articles from a first to a second position.
