An article (1) with a three-dimensional pattern, in which a visually recognizable pattern (3) is formed in a predetermined portion of an outer surface (2), wherein the pattern (3) is formed by multiple rulings (4) or narrow grooves that are curved in the planar direction of the outer surface (2) and are parallel to and in close contact with each other, and is configured such that a portion curved to protrude in the direction that approaches a point of view obliquely above the outer surface (2) appears to be recessed and a portion curved to protrude in the direction that goes away from the point of view appears to be elevated.
