In the present invention, when the joints located within a little finger to an index finger on which a master device is mounted become extended, the distance, along the back-of-the-hand side, to the finger tip from a position at which a fluid supply/discharge switching device (531k) is mounted becomes shortest. At this moment, in the fluid supply/discharge switching device (531k), a first discharge port (PTFEk) is communicatively connected with second discharge ports (PTSE1k) and (PTSE2k). In this communicatively connected state, the air inside a bellows that generates a force to assist movements of a third joint is discharged by a supply/discharge device via a tube, the second discharge port (PTSE1k), and the first discharge port(PTFEk), and then the bellows contracts. Also, in this communicatively connected state, the air inside a bellows that assists movements of a first joint and a second joint is discharged by the supply/discharge device via a tube, the second discharge port (PTSE2k), and the first discharge port (PTFEk), and then the bellows contracts. As a result, the joints of the fingers on which a finger articular movement assisting unit is mounted become extended.
