[PROBLEMS] To provide a simple and compact articulated joint for a prosthetic brace capable of holding the integrally fixed state of the prosthetic brace, enabling training in a movable area and matching to a movable state, and capable of finely indexing bending angle. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A rotor (12) having a recessed groove (5B) formed therein is rotatably fitted to a first joint bed (3), and a second joint bed (4) having projected pieces (6A) and (6A) formed on the circular surface thereof is fitted to the recessed groove (5B). An operating cover (13) operating an operating pin (10) is put on the surface of the second joint bed (4) and pivotally fitted so as to be rotated by a center shaft (7) and a stopper screw (14) for preventing the extraction of the center shaft (7). The circumference of the recessed groove (5B) in which spherical bodies are orderly changed therein is divided into two parts by the projected parts (15A) and (15A). The spherical bodies (8), ... are orderly charged in one of the two parts of the recessed groove (5B) and extensible springs (15) are installed in the other.
