Abstract:
A linear actuator of an articulated robot, comprising a shell (1), and a drive motor (2), a speed reducer (3), a screw (4) and a push rod (5) which are provided inside the shell (1) and arranged sequentially. The output shaft of the drive motor (2) is connected to the speed reducer (3); the screw (4) is connected to the output shaft of the speed reducer (3) and synchronously rotates relative to the output shaft of the speed reducer (3); the axis of the screw (4) and the output shaft of the drive motor (2) are collinear; the push rod (5) is connected to the screw (4) in a threaded manner and linearly moves along the axis of the screw (4); and resistance values of conductive components change when the push rod (5) moves along the screw (4). The linear actuator further comprises a sensor for acquiring the resistance values of the conductive components and a control module creating a signal connection between the drive motor (2) and the sensor. The linear actuator drives the screw (4) to rotate by means of the operation of the drive motor (2), realizing the linear movement of the push rod (5), achieving linear driving, acquiring the resistance values of the conductive components by means of the sensor so as to determine the position of the push rod (5), and realizing signal feedback by means of the control module, thereby improving the control performance of the linear actuator. The present invention further relates to an articulated robot using said linear actuator.
