Abstract:
An artificial bioprosthetic valve and a preparation method therefor. The artificial bioprosthetic valve comprises a support and a functional biological tissue material attached to the support. The functional biological tissue material is a biological tissue connected to an active group and a functional molecule or group by means of a covalent bond. A functional polymer material is at least one of heparin, hyaluronic acid, polyethylene glycol, argatroban, hirudin, bivalirudin, fucoidan, ACH11 polypeptide, antithrombase-III, APC, sodium citrate, albumin, urokinase, a hydroxy group, a sulfonic acid group, sulfonic acid phenyl, and an amphoteric ion. High-grafting-degree active groups and functional molecules or groups are covalently modified on the surface of the bioprosthetic valve, so that the anti-thrombotic and anti-calcification functions are improved; the prepared artificial bioprosthetic valve does not contain aldehyde group residues, is good in biocompatibility, proper in mechanical property and good in stability, and can satisfy the use performance requirements of transcatheter interventional bioprosthetic valves.
