Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial block and a method and apparatus for manufacturing same, wherein a phosphorescent body (20), which is a component that radiates light at night, is placed inside mortar (R) and hardened together with the mortar (R) while being simultaneously integrated with a block body (10) and exposed through the surface, and thus not only intensively emits light, but is firmly integrated with the block body (10) and does not separate at all therefrom during use.
