Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an artificial blood vessel that can prevent the formation of blood clots; and a method for producing the artificial blood vessel. For achieving the purpose, an artificial blood vessel is used, which is produced by adding a peptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence to an extracellular matrix produced from a blood vessel tissue from a living body, wherein the lumen of the artificial blood vessel has a cross section diameter of 4 mm or less.
