Abstract:
The present invention relates to artificial blood vessels with thrombolytic activity and a preparation method therefor, in which the artificial blood vessels with fucoidan bound thereto can prevent neointimal hyperplasia and thrombokinesis when used in vascular interventional procedures or reconstruction procedures, and can prevent or treat angiostenosis. In particular, thrombi are dissolved by fucoidan, and thus patency rates can be improved as compared to existing artificial blood vessels.
