Abstract:

Disclosed is an artificial cardiac valve. The artificial cardiac valve comprises an outer stent (1), an inner stent (6) embedded in an inner side of the outer stent (1) and connected to the outer stent (1), a valve leaf (2) arranged on an inner side of the inner stent (6), and a film (3) arranged on body walls of the outer stent (1) and the inner stent (6), wherein the inner stent (6) is a cylindrical reticular tube; the outer stent (1) comprises a first sub-stent (10), a second sub-stent (11) and a third sub-stent (12) connected successively, wherein the first sub-stent (10) is a reticular tube, the second sub-stent (11) is a reticular tube with a D-shaped cross section, and the third sub-stent (12) is a trumpet-shaped reticular tube; the maximal tube diameter of the first sub-stent (10) is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub-stent (11), and the minimal tube diameter of the third sub-stent (12) is equal to the tube diameter of the second sub-stent (11). The stent is designed to comprise the inner stent (6) and the outer stent (1), the inner stent (6) is used for resisting a tractive acting force of the valve leaf (2), and the outer stent (1) is designed to match the physiological structure of a natural valve, so that displacement and perivalvular leakage will not occur easily after the artificial cardiac valve is released, prolonging the service life of the artificial cardiac valve.
