Abstract:
An artificial cement-based high-performance stone slab comprises a slab body (3). Stainless-steel mesh (1) is embedded in the slab body (3). The stainless-steel mesh (1) is provided with a nut (2). An end opening of the nut (2) is flush with the back of the slab body (3). The slab body (3) is made from high-performance concrete by means of intense vibration, intense pressure, and vacuuming. A mounting method of an artificial cement-based high-performance stone slab comprises: using metal connecting members (4, 31) to mount the artificial stone slab on a wall or on the top of an architectural structure by means of dry-hanging and wet-bonding, the metal connecting members being straight metal strips (4, 31); or using metal connecting members (7, 18) to mount the artificial stone slab on a wall by means of dry-hanging, the metal connecting members (7, 18) being a Z-shaped metal connecting member (18) or an L-shaped metal connecting member (7); or, bending a profile metal strip (19) into a multi-segment connecting strip according to a cross-sectional shape of a preset profile, and using a metal connecting member (11) to mount the artificial stone slab on a wall. The artificial stone slab is strong, has an appealing decorative surface, and allows easy and rapid mounting.
