Abstract:
An artificial cement-based high-performance stone slab ceiling structure comprises an artificial stone slab (3) made from high-performance concrete, a bearing metal frame (11), and a transverse frame (8), and further comprises an L-shaped metal connecting member (4) and an "n"-shaped metal fastener (5). Stainless-steel mesh (1) is embedded in the artificial stone slab (3). The stainless-steel mesh (1) is provided with a nut (2). An end opening of the nut (2) is flush with the back of the artificial stone slab (3). Also provided is a method for mounting an artificial cement-based high-performance stone slab ceiling structure. The pre-embedded stainless-steel mesh welded to the nut is integrally formed with the slab to achieve a secure mount. A strong force is applied to connect a mounting point of each nut to the entire slab, so as to reinforce bending resistance of the stainless-steel mesh and to firmly connect the same to the frames, thereby eliminating a safety risk caused by a natural stone slab or a ceramic imitation stone slab due to the fact that such slabs are heavy and brittle, are not securely mounted, and have enormous impact when falling.
