Abstract:
An artificial chordae tendineae implantation system comprises a clamping device (300), a puncture device (400), a pushing device (200), and a detection device (600). The pushing device (200) comprises a pushing duct (210). The clamping device (300) comprises a clamping push rod (330) accommodating an artificial chordae tendineae (100), and a far end clamping head (310) used for cooperating to clamp a valve leaflet (900). A near end clamping head (320) is disposed at the far end of the pushing duct (210). The detection device (600) comprises at least one probe (610), and the probe (610) is movably disposed in the pushing duct (210) in a penetrating manner. A probe outlet (321) is formed in a clamping surface of the corresponding near end clamping head (320) or the corresponding far end clamping head (310). A probe accommodation chamber (316) opposite to the probe outlet (321) is disposed on the clamping surface of the corresponding far end clamping head (310) or the corresponding near end clamping head (320) or. When the far end clamping head (310) and the near end clamping head (320) are closed, the far end of the probe (610) extends out of the probe outlet (321) and is accommodated in the probe accommodation chamber (316). By means of the detection device (600), whether the valve leaflet (900) is sandwiched between the far end clamping head (310) and the near end clamping head (320) can be quickly and accurately detected, and the structure is simple, and the operations are simple and convenient.
