Abstract:
Provided are an artificial compound staining agent for textiles and a preparation method therefor. The artificial compound staining agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of natural dyestuff raw material, 2-3 parts of organic dyeing raw materials, 5-10 parts of butyl methacrylate, 8-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 7-10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane divalent quaternary ammonium, 5-8 parts of paraffin, 4-8 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 1-2 parts of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-5 parts of tannic acid, 1-3 parts of sodium thiosulfate, 1-4 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 6-12 parts of ammonium ethoxylated alkyl sulfate, 1-2 parts of vinyl sulfone, 2-3 parts of sodium ascorbate, 1-3 parts of erythritol, 1-3 parts of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 1-2 parts of deacetylchitin polysaccharide, 1-2 parts of citonellye nitrile, 2-5 parts of coupling agents, and 1-4 parts of accessory ingredients. The prepared artificial compound staining agent for the textiles is stable in performance and easy to dye, and is safe and non-irritating to a human body.
