Abstract:
Disclosed is an artificial cultivation method for Cordyceps sobolifera, wherein the method comprises the steps as follows: step 1, enlarging cultivation for Cordyceps sobolifera strains; step 2, performing solid culture on the strain obtained from the enlarging cultivation in step 1; and step 3, harvesting the fruiting bodies, wherein during the enlarging cultivation for the strain in step 1 and solid culture process in step 2, deuterium-depleted water is used and the deuterium content thereof does not exceed 100 ppm. The method uses deuterium-depleted water and can significantly increase the yield and quality of the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps sobolifera.
