Abstract:
The disclosed artificial ground has: steel pipe pilings (1) that are driven into the ground (G); and panel point blocks (10) that each comprise both an outer pipe (11) that has a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter of the steel pipe pilings (1), is provided with adjusting means (16-18) in the horizontal direction of the peripheral wall, and has a temporary receiving section (13) provided to the inside of the top thereof, and a connection member (20) attached to the outside of the top of the outer pipe (11). The panel point blocks are fitted on the top of the steel pipe pilings (1) and the temporary receiving sections (13) are caused to abut the pile head sections of the steel pipe pilings (1). By means of the adjusting means (16-18), the position in the horizontal direction of the panel point blocks (10) is adjusted, and by means of the adjusting means (18), the panel point blocks (10) are temporarily affixed to the steel pipe pilings (1). The spaces between the steel pipe pilings (1) and the outer pipe (11) of the panel point blocks (10) are filled with mortar or concrete (31), and beam members are joined to the connection members (20) of the panel point blocks (10), linking panel point blocks (10) together.
