In order to provide an attaching structure and attaching method capable of easily achieving a strong attachment between artificial hair and real hair at low cost, the present invention provides an artificial hair-to-real hair attaching structure (20) with: two loops that have in common a crossing position (A) of a hair bundle in which at least one artificial hair and at least one real hair run side by side, a first loop (10) consisting of the hair bundle (6B) on the hair root side of the crossing position (A) and through the center of which the hair bundle (6A) on the hair tip side passes, and a second loop (12) consisting of the hair bundle (6A) on the hair tip side and through the center of which the hair bundle (6B) on the hair root side passes; hair tip-side artificial hair (2A) and real hair (4A), which are the hair tip-side hair bundle (6A) that has passed through the center of the first loop (10) and extend to the outside of the loop; and hair root-side artificial hair (2B) and real hair (4B), which are the hair root-side hair bundle (6B) that has passed through the center of the second loop (12) and extend to the outside of the loop.
