Abstract:
An artificial intelligence avatar-based interaction service method performed in a system including an unmanned information terminal and an interaction service device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps in which: the unmanned information terminal transmits, to the interaction service device, sound signals collected from a microphone array equipped therein and image signals collected from a vision sensor equipped therein; the interaction service device sets a detection area on the basis of the received sound signals and image signals; the interaction service device recognizes an active speaker on the basis of a user's voice signals and a user's video signals collected within the detection area; and the interaction service device generates a response to the recognized active speaker, 3D-renders an artificial intelligence avatar reflecting the response, and provides the rendered artificial intelligence avatar to the unmanned information terminal.
