Abstract:
An artificial intelligence-based figurative trademark registration possibility determining method, applied to a server, comprising: S101, receiving information, sent by a user terminal, about a figurative trademark to be registered; S103, determining, according to the received figurative trademark information, a classification group of a commodity or a service where the figurative trademark to be registered is located; S104, searching for previous figurative trademarks and relevant information thereof existing in the classification group of a database; S106, determining, on the basis of image coincidence, one by one, whether the trademark to be registered is the same as or similar to the previous figurative trademarks; and S107, giving a corresponding registration suggestion according to the determining result, generating a report and outputting same to the user terminal. A big data algorithm is used to perform retrieval and analysis on a trademark to be registered, so that missing retrieval is not easy to occur, and the analysis result is relatively objective.
