The method comprises: converting acquired speech information into text information (201); extracting, from the text information, notification information (202); determining a notification content and a notification method corresponding to the notification information (203); and issuing, according to the notification content and the notification method, a notification signal corresponding to the notification information (204). The invention improves information transmission efficiency of a robot operating system.
