Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based method for processing a customer intention through an inverted queue scheme, the method comprising: galvanizing the use rate of a kiosk for the middle-aged who have difficulty using the kiosk; narrowing the psychological distance for use of the kiosk by providing the feeling that an order is made directly to a clerk; and processing a customer order and intention input all at once in syntactic language so as to ask a customer again about additional information missing from the order, thereby enabling quicker and more convenient processing of orders.
