Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides an artificial intelligence device for recognizing the voice of a user, the device including: a memory which stores a voice recognition model; and a processor which acquires a voice signal for the voice of the user, converts the voice signal into text by using the voice recognition model, measures the confidence of the conversion, performs a control corresponding to the converted text when the measured confidence is equal to or greater than a reference value, and provides feedback about the conversion when the measured confidence is smaller than the reference value.
