Abstract:
An artificial intelligence processing method and device in the technical field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises: receiving audio data and converting the audio data into text data (S1); performing intent recognition according to the text data (S2); performing text emotion recognition according to the text data (S3); updating a knowledge graph according to the results of the intent recognition and the text emotion recognition (S4); and entering multi-round session processing or outputting a control instruction to a particular functional module according to the result of the intent recognition (S5). The method can be combined with different applications, such as VR and GAME, thereby achieving stronger artificial intelligence.
