Abstract:
An artificial marble production device according to the present invention comprises: a granite soil storage unit for storing and supplying granite soil after drying and heating; a granite soil heating unit for receiving the granite soil from the granite soil storage unit and heating the same; a resin storage unit for storing a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin which maintains a solid state at room temperature; a mixing and transferring unit for simultaneously producing and transferring artificial marble slurry by receiving the TPU resin and the heated granite soil therein, and then melting and mixing the same; a material guiding unit for guiding the granite soil and the TPU resin to the mixing and transferring unit; a discharge unit for discharging a predetermined amount of the artificial marble slurry mixed in the mixing and transferring unit; a frame supply unit for continuously supplying a molding frame for receiving and molding the artificial marble slurry; a frame guiding unit for allowing the artificial marble slurry to be received in the molding frame by guiding the molding frame supplied from the frame supply unit to a bottom side thereof; a molding unit for molding artificial marble by applying vibration and pressure to the artificial marble slurry received in the molding frame; a discharging unit for discharging the molding frame having artificial marble received therein; and a lamination unit for laminating and storing molding frames discharged by the discharging unit.
