Abstract:
A method and device for producing an artificial nail are disclosed. The present invention can provide a method for producing an artificial nail, comprising: a step of automatically recognizing nail information of a user by means of a 3D scanner (S100); a step of recognizing a nail decoration design of a 2D or 3D form which the user wants by means of a UV 3D printer (S200); a step in which the UV 3D printer, equipped with a device (100) capable of adjusting a Z axis, forms a decoration layer (220) corresponding to a curved surface of a nail shape of the user by using the nail decoration design recognized in step S200, on the basis of the nail information of the user recognized in step S100 (S300); a step in which the UV 3D printer forms an adhesive layer (240) to be attached with the decoration layer (220) produced in step S300 (S400); and a step of completely curing the decoration layer (220) and the adhesive layer (240) in a short time by subjecting same to heat treatment by using a UV lamp of the UV 3D printer, thereby printing an artificial nail in which the adhesive layer (240) is coupled to the bottom of the decoration layer (220) (S500). The present invention allows that, when printing, a frame of a nail shape is stored in a program and a desired design is printed just by one-time printing without an additional setting process by using various kinds of designs, and protects nail health by using an adhesion method preventing the coloration and peeling of a nail. An adhesive (300) is adhered by including not only PCL, but also hyaluronic acid, chitosan and so forth, thereby providing an artificial nail enabling beauty care and nail care at once.
