Disclosed are an artificial nipple (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) and a feeding device (1000) having the artificial nipple (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d). The artificial nipple (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) is mounted on a feeding bottle (200d) containing a drink by means of a mounting component (300d) to form the feeding device (1000). The artificial nipple comprises: a base (101) engaged with the mounting component (300d); a nipple part (103) with a sucking hole (1032) in the middle of same; a belly part (102) located between the base (101) and the nipple part (103); and a ventilation member (110a) used for balancing the air pressures inside and outside the feeding device (1000). The ventilation member (110a) is close to the base (101). The artificial nipple (100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) can balance the air pressures inside and outside the feeding device (1000) by means of the ventilation member (110a). In addition, the ventilation member (110a) is close to the base (101), so that when a baby is playing with and squeezing the nipple, the ventilation member (110a) will not be squeezed, and liquid in the feeding device (1000) will not flow out via the ventilation member (110a).
