Abstract:
Disclosed are an artificial-turf curved cord and method for fabricating same; the artificial-turf curved cord comprises the following components, in parts by weight: 40-95 parts of polyethylene, 5-60 parts of polypropylene, 0.1-2 parts of anti-aging agent, and 0.01-5 parts of lubricant; the method for fabrication comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; weighing raw materials and mixing and melting the raw materials; (2) extrusion: extruding the melted raw materials into a metering pump; (3) forming a monofilament; feeding a certain amount of the raw materials into a spinning die head by means of the metering pump, spraying a monofilament, and introducing the monofilament into a drawing machine; (4) drawing: drawing the monofilament with a drawing multiplier of 3-6; (5) cooling: water-bathing the drawn monofilament; (6) preheating: preheating the cooled monofilament by means of a first hot roller and a second hot roller; (7) air texturing: bending and texturing the preheated monofilament to obtain an artificial-turf curved cord; said artificial-turf curved cord is soft and comfortable, is pleasant to the touch, and has the features of protection against the sun and resistance to aging.
