Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial turf filler sorting device and a sorting method using the same. In connection with the configuration of the sorting method, a filler sorting method for separating/sorting silica sand and elastic bodies, which constitute the filler, is characterized by comprising: a vibrating/separating process of introducing the filler onto a table and vibrating the table such that, among the silica sand and the elastic bodies that constitute the filler, silica sand and elastic bodies, which have large particle size, and silica sand and elastic bodies, which have a small particle size, are separated/sorted, respectively, using multiple guides formed on the upper surface of the table; a buoyancy separating process of supplying a buoyancy tank with the silica sand and the elastic bodies, which have been separated through the vibrating/separating process and have a small particle size, together with water and spraying high-pressure air into the buoyancy tank such that the silica sand and the elastic bodies are separated from each other, by means of the buoyancy of water, using the difference in specific gravity between the silica sand and the elastic bodies; and a water-pressure separating process of supplying a water-pressure tank with the silica sand, which has been separated through the buoyancy separating process, together with water and supplying high-pressure water into the water-pressure tank such that remaining elastic bodies included in the silica sand are made to float to the upper part of the water-pressure tank, by means of the water pressure, using a difference in specific gravity, thereby separating the remaining elastic bodies.
