Abstract:
An artificial vertebral lamina used after a spinal laminectomy. The artificial vertebral lamina consists of a vertebral lamina (1), a first screw (2), and a second screw (3). A first oblong hole (112) and a second oblong hole (121) are formed in two ends of the vertebral lamina (1); the first screw (2) is disposed in the first oblong hole (112); the second screw (3) is disposed in the second oblong hole (121); the vertebral lamina (1) consists of a fixed lamina body (11) and a rotational lamina body (12); the rotational lamina body (12) is hingedly connected to the fixed lamina body (11) by means of a rotary shaft (13); the vertebral lamina (1) is arched; the fixed lamina body (11) is provided with a first shaft sleeve (111); the rotational lamina body (12) is provided with a second shaft sleeve (122); the rotary shaft (13) separately runs through the first shaft sleeve (111) and the second shaft sleeve (122). Closed muscles and other soft tissues during cut closure can be stopped, spinal cords are protected from compression and adhesion, severe complications such as neurological symptoms even paralysis after the laminectomy can be avoided, and the artificial vertebral lamina can be implanted in a patient for a long time.
