Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificially intelligent method and system for controlling a multimedia device. According to embodiments of the present invention, when an artificially intelligent care device cannot accurately recognize a voice signal of a user because a sound signal of a multimedia device and the voice signal of the user are simultaneously applied to the artificially intelligent care device, the artificially intelligent care device adjusts the volume of the multimedia device on its own or enables the user to adjust the volume of the multimedia device by transmitting a voice guide relating to volume adjustment to the user, thereby assuring accuracy in recognizing and analyzing a voice command of the user.
