Abstract:
Aryl dihydro-naphthalene lignan derivatives of the following formula with Akt
inhibiting activity, and the method of the said compounds and the pharmaceutical composition
containing the compounds for treating cancer by inhibiting Akt activated channel.
wherein X is C=O, C=S, C N, methylene or alkenyl; Y is hydrogen, hydroxyl, amino
or alkyl, or Y group is absent; R1 and R2 are respectively
hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, glucosyl, glucuronosyl, acyl or aryl; R3 is
hydrogen or glucosyl; R4 is methoxyl or hydrogen; R5is methoxyl
or hydrogen; the hydrogen atoms on the 3-positon and the 4-position of the nuclear
parent are (3R, 4S).
